Shipping & Returns
Our products are usually shipped by Royal Mail, UPS, or DHL. All orders above £20 need a signature on delivery. If you have ordered more than 1 item, they could arrive at different times.
We do not charge extra for Scotland , Northern Ireland or Islands.
At the time of checkout you will be asked to choose a delivery option.

Deliveries are made on weekdays (Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm) and require a signature. Days for delivery are calculated from date of despatch. We will confirm by email when the product is despatched.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time. Any orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday.
If no-one is available to sign for the goods, the courier should leave a card with details of the phone number to call to arrange another delivery. Within the shopping cart there is a facility to add special delivery instructions, e.g. 'if out, please leave with neighbor. . High value items ( Above £35) require signature by an adult on delivery.
We take all of our business costs into account when calculating shipping – this ensures that there are no hidden costs to you at a later date. Carriage charges not only include the cost for shipping, but include all other costs associated with shipping a parcel to you.These other costs include: all packaging material, administration processes, utility implications, staff costs & premises rentalReturns
You have 10 days to return the goods purchased from us. Most items have 6 months to 1 year warranty and you will have to contact the manufacturers directly to avail this. Please keep the warranty cards safe to avail this.
While returning items within the 10 day period , Items must be returned complete, unused, and preferably in their original packaging, and we reserve the right to return to you any item unsuitable for refund or exchange.
Any refund you receive for returned goods will be credited to the payment method used; your Personal Account or your credit/debit card as appropriate.
