Vital Information
- Excludes premier and feature race meetings such as Grand
Nationals, Boxing Day, Festivals, Derbies, concert/music meetings and
few race dates throughout the year (please contact us for details)
- You'll need to book your date at least 3 weeks in advance
- Please note that you'll receive a confirmation of your booked date
- Your badges will not arrive until 3-5 days before the meeting
There is always the option to upgrade your experience to a premier/feature meeting / next higher enclosure.
The Weather
- The experience may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions
- Please check the internet (www.racingpost.com) / telephone the location in the afternoon on the day prior to the experience to ensure that the meeting is taking place
Session Length
- Experience could be an afternoon meeting (starting around 11:30am)
- Or an evening meeting (starting around 16:00)
- You can expect to see 6 to 7 races
Spectators
- Most racecourses have free access for under 16, if accompanied by an adult
Dress Code
- Guests with entrance into special enclosures are often required to dress smartly
- Please remember racecourses are often exposed to the elements - warm clothing is advised
- Please note that you will receive a detailed dress code description with your booking
